Abusing cancellation policy, they are taking your money without providing any services Ripoff

Do not ever book with PLANIGO.

They have an abusive cancellation policy, I mean they are charging you no matter how early you cancell your reservation. I cancelled my reservation with 10 days before my arrival and they charged me with 15% cancellation fees from the sum the clients are supposed to pay for there staying at the hotel.

Someone gave me the phone number of PLANIGO, so I just called PLANIGO, I didn't made any reservation on the internet. Nobody read me on the phone the cancellation policy, although it was quite normal to do so, taking into account that they are charging the customers who cancell their reservations.in fact I had to cancell the booking because one of the emploee from PLANIGO cheated me, first when wrong information were provided to me. I was seeking a hotel in in LA DEFENSE and the emploee gave me a hotel which was closer to Versailles than to Paris, so in another area not in LA DEFENSE.

So I think that they are abusing of my trust and of my money and it is an abusive cancellation fee so if anybody could do something against this half legal fraud, please do because this kind of things could happen to anyone.
