Planigo Rips you off!

I tried to book a hotel for 6 people with Planigo. I needed 3 rooms. Their site allows you to indicate more then one room, but then it does not allow you to enter more than 4 guests. So I booked the rooms one at a time. The first two went well, but at the third Planigo responded that the hotel was fully booked. Of course I immediately (within the hour!) canceled the first two rooms. Planigo however charged my card for the cancellations.
