Priceline.com rude, misleading, fradulentand unwilling to help

I recently bid for tickets on priceline.com. I input that i needed to leave on 2/23 and return on 2/24. I received an agenda that brought me home on 2/25. Priceline has been rude and unwilling to help me. I never used the tickets and was charged $788. Their website is misleading and fradulent. I will do anything to get my money back and stop this from happening to other people. Please help!!!
