Ripoff fraudulent misrepresentation

I had a co-worker order a schedule from ATL to RDX through this company. When she gave her credit card number, she did not get a reference number nor did we get one the next day. Since the flight is for the following day, we tried to contact this company. The number listed is answered by a woman saying she is "corporate offices". The lady there states there is no vipfares at that location. My friend had to cancel her credit card because of fear of future fraud and I lost my flight. Someone needs to do something about this company.
