Many thanks to this website!!! After falling for the scam, I decided to research the fabulous resort that I would be visiting (ft. Lauderdale, orlando and cruise). Thanks to this site, I immediately called to cancel.

After being hung up on and put on hold several times, I was finally able to talk to a specialist. Of course, he offered numerous deals, all in which I rejected. He kept stating that the package was sold on a non-cancellation basis. After referring to the "Florida Sellers of Travel Act" and the mentioning of filing a formal complaint. I was refunded the full amount.

Don't give up! They will tell you that there is nothing they can do, but that is not the case. You have a window of time after payment has been made to cancel. Be Firm!!!
