Damaged Luggage

We fly back from Montego Bay Jamaica to Minneapolis, on 1/18. A piece of our luggage was damaged. The hinged side was complety destroyed, ruining an expandable zipper and exposing clothing inside. A treasured tee shirt was damaged by what appears to be grease.

We use your airline to fly each year. The luggage is high quality and should be able to hold up to normal handling. We would like to request the piece be replaced.
