Bait and switch—sent less expensive version of item advertised - Luggage ordered thru website

I ordered a piece of luggage that was advertised as expandable, the idea being that it would be the sole piece of luggage I carry on short trips. Before I ordered the luggage I did research into it online, since it was hundreds of dollars for the piece. I just went to use it and realized the luggage Rue La La sent me was not the expandable version they had advertised. Do they replace it with what they promised or offer a refund? No, nothing. So now I have to carry two bags with me when I travel because I can't afford to replace the bogus bag from this website. Buyer beware—Rue La La might do a bait and switch with cheaper merchandise than promised.
