Secret Hotel Deal at 40% Off Costs More Than Listed

Advertised as saving up to 40% on secret hotels but you end up paying more than the actual rates advertised on the website itself! How this is even legal is beyond me. Can't cancel because once you realize that you've been cheated it's too late!!
