Secret Hotel Discounts

I was disappointed with the apparent discount offering. Although it claims to help you save up to 40% on hotels I ended up paying more than even the regular rates. They can't tell you which hotel you're booking with but this is only to deceive you until after you've booked and can't cancel. Only then can you see which hotel you've booked and see how much you overpaid for the hotel. I just feel burned to have seen the actual prices of the rooms after the fact. Terrible business practice and would like my money back because I actually ended paying more than the rates advertised on Expedia. Itinery#168163118768
