Recently I purchased a Southern California CityPass from Travelocity that was said to include Universal Studios, DisneyLand, San Diego Zoo and Sea World. Once I arrived in California for my vacation I was informed that the San Diego zoo was not included. I let Travelocity know immediately. It has now been two weeks and the website still has not been changed to be correct. Worst of all customer service is a joke. I have been hung up on numerous times, told their was no supervisor, I have been told I could not speak to anyone else, I have been told I was lying about the website even mentioning the zoo (which is funny since it is easy to prove). Honestly I am truly shocked that such a well known company would allow this to occur. I hope everyone uses caution when booking with Travelocity, because you will be alone with no customer assistance should something go wrong. Beware!!
