Travelocity Rip-off

I booked a trip through Travelocity and was charged $40 more than the rate on-screen — $20 higher nightly rate, plus a $20 fee for extra guests I did not have. Despite their supposed "price guarantee" and the fact there is no basis to charge the extra fee, I was sent through four different people all of whom said, "too bad - nothing we can do". From now on, I will go directly through the hotel front desk where there is some accountability.
