Jet blue flight from Orlando to San Jose Costa Rica, passengers reported severe turbulence on aircraft, then suddenly a frightening pitch or roll, and a drop in altitude. Several frightened passengers, flight crew and pilots never explained the incidence or reassured passengers. Flight on 8/5 1695.
