Greyhound Bus
Horrible experience

Greyhound is horrible. I was there 45 minutes before the scheduled departure, picked up my ticket. Never in the back of my mind did I expect that they would over book and did not have a seat for me. I had to wait 5 more hours at the station and caught an overnite instead. I missed one of the most family event. So mad. No apology or compensation. Only a ticket exchange for 5 hours later. I will never take greyhound again and will advise all my family and friends not to take it.
