Most miserable, unfriendly service eve

We took flight UA 106 on 21.07. From Newark to Munich. All of the stewards (except one) were unfriendly, most miserable service ever! Even Ryan Air ist better! Food was also not tasty and nearly "smashed" to the passengers.
The crew "orderd" the passengers instead of kindly asking! Even touched passengers on their shoulders from behind, awakend them and so on. Luggage nearly fell on the passengers at landing, no one of the crew reacted! One steward hit my wife with his trolley... Oh, sorry! And that`s it. We took Lufthansa on the way to New York and everything was fine; never again United, if we can provide this! H. Oßwald
