Really bad customer service

My daughter has been diagnosed with a rear blood disorder she gets monthly blood draws and due to her last blood draw her levels are very low and we are in fear she could be getting ill. I spoke with 2 people, the 1st i couldnt understant at all the second seem to have no clue on to answer my phone call on which documentation they needed to cancel the flight and for us to get a refund. She put me hold to make me think she was trying to get a answer for me. LOOK ORBITZ you are not medical professional u will have no clue understanding the medical record I fax over to you. Whats the point. This was a buisness trip my husband had to cancel and you treat us like crap!!! Will never ever recommend orbitz
