Lost vouche

Good morning, I just got off the phone with a representative and he told me to write to feedback regarding my lost voucher. My name is Vincent Berman, 1520 Spyglass Plz. Palm Springs, ca. 92264 (760 799 8108) I flew into Denver and gave up my seat to Las Vegas to a lady who had been waiting all day and in return I was given a 400 dollar voucher which I have since lost. I flew out the next morning on flight ua 304y... F6zfk5... 01623421050020.
Those are the numbers off my ticket that was given to me the next day. I had flown in from Sioux Falls, SD and was going to vegas and then home to PS. Please let me know if you have any questions and if I can help. Thank you, Vincent
