United Airlines
United airlines is the worst

We are sitting in Las Vegas airport waiting for our plane to leave Las Vegas. It was suppose to leave at 1:15 and it is now 3:30. They are telling us they needed a part and it had to be flown in from Las Vegas. This is bad but what is making it worse is that the same exact thing happened to us on the way out 5 days prior. On our way out from Newark to Denver the plane needed a part and we also waited until a part could be flown in. This is unacceptable. We got to our destination going out 7 hours late and now we will get home 4 hours late if we even take off at all. United has become so terrible since it took over continental airlines. We hope we never have to travel this airline again.
