Do NOT Book Through This Site - Hotel Booking

We booked a hotel one month from now. We double checked our dates and hit confirm. Today, we received an email asking for us to review our stay. I immediately became alarmed as we were not meant to travel for another month, and I called customer service.

First, I spoke with an agent who was unwilling to help. I then asked to speak with a manager an got... The same person. This individual claimed that she could not help as it was past my check-in date. She did nothing to attempt to rectify the error and instead offered the canned comments that "she understands" and "respects me." I told her if she "understood, " she would correct the obvious error... To which she said "I respect you."

This was my first time using this particular travel site and is the single most frustrating experience. This company does not work to correct their errors, and their customer service is well beyond inept.
