I booked online one room in a NJ hotel, since I did not see any e-mail confirmation I called BJ's travel where all customer service answers the phone in french and I was told for every single of them that I would get my confirmation soon. Well... I'm still waiting.
I called the hotel to confirm the reservation and they tell me that I have 2 rooms reserved and I should call BJ's Travel who they should cancel the reservation with the hotel.
And there we go again talking to the french creole trying to "help".
