ORBITZ bad customer care

Terrible customer care orbitz, cant get a hold anyone and if u do its all about extra charges-
had to fly to AZ due to family member in critical care tense situation needed to switch hotel reservation to be next to hospital bottom line brother in law passed away no help from orbitz.
Get back, credit card is all charged up with double charges cant use card till it gets straightened out never again will I use ORBITZ!!!
