Greyhound Bus
Overbooking and not letting me off the bus - GREYHOUND

I booked a trip along with two friends on the same travel itinerary from Toronto to London Ontario. I arrived early so I got on the bus. The bus was overbooked and my friends were all in line but behind me. I was allowed on the bus but my friends were not. I kindly requested the driver to let me off the bus but he wouldn't, claiming that he would need to sort through all the tickets. His attitude was horrible and I can't believe the lack of professionalism. I am now on the bus by myself seperated from my group and my two other friends do not even speak English well.

This is horrible service and guys id rather pay more but i will never take greyhound ever again. I cannot express my anger towards the driver.
