Don't rent a car thru Priceline

Rented a car for 28 days, When my flight ewas canceled and they couldn't get me out until the next day I called Priceline to make them aware that I wouldn't pick up my car until the next day and they told me they couldn't gurantee that they would have a car for me as it was over the 24 hours that they could hold it. Make me understand the logic. I rent a car and pay upfront for 28 days. I am paying for the day I am not using it and they can't hold it for 2 more hours. This company is unreasonable and the Customer Service people are like robots repeating the Company Policies. Never again Priceline
