Travelocity - terrible customer service

This was the first time I have used Travelocity to book a vacation package and I will never make that mistake again. I booked the trip package to Maui, Hawaii in September for January.in November I got an e-mail to contact them because of a change in flight. I called them and talked to a person that I could not understand (Indian?) so I asked to talk to his supervisor, who I thought may speak English but I was wrong, he told me to call the Airline. I said that I had booked the package and paid them and they needed to solve the problem. He said I had to call the airline.in the package I had flight reservations for United Airlines but the change now meant that the return flight from Maui to Salt Lake City, Utah meant I would have an eleven hour layover in Honolulu (originally one and a half) and would be on three different airlines from Maui to Salt Lake City (Hawaiin, United and Delta) and had to get bording passes at each airport. Whenever I spoke to someone at the different airline counters and told them I had booked through Travelocity they said that was the problem! The only good thing that came out of it was that I learned a gereat lesson and that was to never use Travelocity again. SOmeone should shut them down!!!
