I am a very upset consumer. I had a trip to maui to visit my son. I am a senior citizen. I arrived at Logan airport for a 6;ooam flight to jfk to transfer to hawaiian airlines. These reservations were made on december. My flight was not confirmed no seat - told to go home try the next day. I cried and the attendent found me another flight to jfk to fly on american airlines. Couldn't find american airlines finally found a traveler to help me. Arrived in la with no flight to maui. Found a flight via american airline with a 5 hour lay over. My flight took 27 hours... Thank you travelocity— this should not happen to anyone. On top of that my return flight was not confirmed. Should have been on march 23rd. My, son, thankfully was able to find me a return flight. Please note copy of flight verification. Hopefully you can do something about this. Thanks in advance patricia semens
