Cheated of my minutes! Scam

I purchased a calling card to contact my cousin in Malaysia. I created many efforts to contact her home but couldn't cope with. There is no ringer after which my calls get disconnected. I subsequently chose to contact her via her mobile phone. Prior to the phone was subjected to, the pc stated that I'd 90 minutes. Nevertheless there is one ringer and also the phone was stop. After I tried her cellphone again, the moments went from 90 to 76 units available.
