Terrible Service in Hampton Roads

Since I have moved to Portsmouth, Va I've horrible mobile phone party, and texting doesn't work-like it used to. After I existed in Richmond, I'd no issues and was a pleased t mobile client. Once I moved, my support DREW. T mobile directed me a mobile phone signal enhancement that didn't increase something. I returned it. After many LENGTHY telephone calls towards the client service heart they explained that they're sorry my service is bad and because we have tried anything to obtain it operating enjoy it must, tmobile continues to be allowing clients out-of their agreement when tmobile can't give sufficient support. But... I've to contact another quantity, and keep in touch with another person, and deliver a duplicate of my DL, a statement, along with a notice to an address to become given a waiver about the termination charge. Once I did so all that, t mobile shipped me a notice virtually stating Mess You. They'll not support me out. I'm no further a pleased t mobile client and do-no suggest that anybody uses their support; particularly in Hampton Roads, VA.
