Lousy Company... Avoid At All Cost company steals your money Ripoff Newark New jersey

Pennytalk is the absolute worst company to use for phone service... I charge my account and try to make phone calls that never go through and they charge me for them. I get through on calls and the always get cut off multiple times and I have to pay a new connect fee (I think they cutoff calls on purpose to make more money), and many times the quality of the call is so bad you cant even talk, but they make you pay for that too... They will credit back the calls that that didnt connect that are under a minute but you never know which ones are actually going to connect and I always get back less than I lost. I pay them hundreds of dollars per month and still their service sucks and I dont think the employees can do the math to realize that you should try to retain profitable customers. The frustration of burning up your account just trying to get through for an hour or so will make you crazy, you will never get your moneys worth and I have had enough. Tonight I reported them to every government agency I could think of and I intend to search for others that they do this to for a lawsuit against them... I just bought my own net phone and servers so that I can do what they do for free... Works out good because my family in asia can charge their neighbors a fee to call the USA as a little business while my Wife can call her family from here for free and talk all day long if she feels like it... Avoid pennytalk!!!
