Refuses to establish service

I recently simply transferred to my new handle and also have been attempting to create service below with Centurylink for nearly per month but keep receiving informed I'm refused support. The justification is anything about tired community. Our nearby neighbor gets service together 3 nights before and that I contact to protest about exactly why is it I'm refused service, and that's once the woman about the telephone informs me not a problem we are able to provide you with service. I had been enthusiastic since following a month of fighting it seemed that I'd be permitted support and so I had anything setup within the telephone, had a device overnight delivered to my home, and anticipated support to become proven on December 7. On December 6 at 8am each morning I obtain a telephone call that visited voice-mail also it mentioned were sorry but we're not likely to be hooking-up your support tomorrow as prepared our community is exhausted. I named them to describe for them how incorrect it's to setup somebodyis service-only to inform them the next day they cannot and also the people about the phone were truly rude and also you might tell they'd no-interest and half the full time was not actually hearing the telephone.
