Verizon One Bill
Ended the One Bill and are now being charged for both on one bill

Verizon One-Bill is only issues. We'd a-one statement but informed them we desired Verizon wireless and web providers delivered on two separate expenses. Since they keep saying we owe $233.00 for that web, however in reality it was a fee for instant, which we've paid up to now. We consult with instant plus they can't support people simply because they declare it's the web division. We contact the web division plus they claim we've to keep in touch with the instant people! Four telephone calls later but still no solution. Therefore annoying.
