Rip off for sure

Our mobile phone support agreement with Verizon was to end in November but 2 weeks just before Dec., my telephone bill leaped from. (for 2 phones) to over $1,000. After I reported to Verizon and threated to alter providers, they disconnected my telephones and included early termination costs towards the statement, documented it towards the credit bureaus, after which delivered it to debt collectors, who included their very own costs towards the quantity.

The FCC promises to aid the customer but really decides to consider the term of the rip off designers, in this instance, Verizon Wireless.
