Terrible experience

I had been a Verizon Wireless client for nearly 4 years. I'd excellent company. Subsequently, beginning in Jan-08, my telephone began performing up. Everybody could hear me, but I really couldnot notice anybody about 1 second in to the phone. I patiently named Verizon as much as observe that which was happening. I'm informed its my telephone (Motorola RZR). I visit their workplace, purchase a new telephone.

Per week later, same issue, I cant hear anybody. I contact Verizon, they declare its my telephone and go back to get a new one. I move delay one hour within their workplace, obtain a new telephone. Sameday-same issue. Following a moment, I cant hear anybody. I call verizon. They get tech-support onto it - its my telephone again! I return to work (45-minute delay this time around).

Obtain A new phone. You know what? Same issue. I contact Verizon and talk to techsupport. It's to become a structure. No, it is your telephone. I've to include additionally I am in building and should have a functional telephone. I return to Verizon. They're from the Blades. They provide me a Candy. You know what? -SAME PROBLEM. I call techsupport. Its my phone. I return to Verizon, get new telephone.

To reduce things up, I undergo this same garbage for over a month. Constantly running-back and forth for their workplace and speaking with techsupport. And of course screwed-up calls and MAIN disappointment. Lastly I Have had enough. They WOn't repair the problem or launch me from my agreement. Additionally, using the fresh candy, they expanded my agreement by 2 yrs.

I move my quantity to some new provider (that works) and am today being bothered for firing charge and costs on telephones that didn't function. I'm today also in selections (ERS Options) who contact me continuously and frighten me to'pay the cash I owe'. PPL - avoid Verizon. They need only to irritate and mess you.'is it possible to hear me today?'
