Useless Customer Service

I have been a Verizon client for a long time now. I recently included two iphone-5 outlines to my current point. Our strategy was to alter my new iphone-5 to my previous number and provide my sibling the aged Iphone-4 about the old-line (today using the new quantity.) It was said to be a procedure however it required the repetitions (who royally screwed-up) three times simply to get my new telephone operating. They mightnot actually trigger it correctly. Making me telephone-less for three times. Obviously, my statement wasn't prorated at-all for these three times...

So in the end of the my cousin decided she did not need my aged Iphone-4 and that I attempted to stop the old-line. I was informed via a laugh that I'd need to shed my previous quantity and have a new telephone number and spend a $300 termination charge since I Would be eliminating the brand new line. I have about had it with this particular organization.
