Verizon–The WORST Customer Service

I've been with Verizon for nearly annually today, and that I am on my sixth, yes SIXTH refurbished telephone. I consider excellent treatment of my products... No water damage, don't fall them, make use of a case. Etc. These to merely have malfunctioned; every one of them. You'd genuinely believe that following the 3rd telephone they'd be prepared to support me by delivering a brand new telephone THAT WORKS, but it has not been the situation. I've invested countless hours about the telephone with Verizon repetitions and administrators and also have gotten nowhere. They WOn't supply me using the support and regard that I deserve. And of course they've the rudest reps who've no empathy for others. I have had AT&T and T Mobile in the last two decades before I changed (since I noticed Verizon had greater protection) and also have NEVER handled such bad customer support. It wasn't worthwhile; I'd much rather cope with greater customer support and also have several dropped calls in the place of cope with these spiders. Verizon is just a great illustration of corporate greed and soullessness in the current culture. It is horrible and discouraging...
