Virgin Mobile
Cannot get out of expired contract

Telecommunications

Our agreement was because of end and so I visited the Channel Walk Virgin Mobile shop at the start of Feb to check on when there is something I have to do to transform to Prepaid on expiration of the agreement (agreement because of end at end-of the March). The advisor in the shop explained that at the conclusion of the month my agreement may have terminated and certainly will instantly change to Prepaid.

On 1 March a money purchase arrived down for that month. After contacting customer service I had been informed the shop lied in my experience and they might stop at Hq. Later that evening I obtained a voicemail saying I had a need to deliver a written demand and backup of identification (dont understand why they require this when all speech calls are documented) but without any info on where you can deliver it. I continued the web site and sent it to every contact address.

Today I called to check on that was so as simply to discover they've not obtained the written demand and so I should deliver it again by fax which acts like a one month notice period.

I'm today in month 26 of the 24-month contract and also the money purchase could keep coming down as no one appears to understand how to cancel it and that I don't realize why I should provide notice to 'stop' an expired agreement???
