I am being charged $9.99 per month for services not ordered or used through virgin mobile phone company. Virgin mobile says i have to contact "info text"

I am being charged $9.99 per month for services not ordered or used, through Virgin Mobile phone company. Virgin Mobile says I have to contact "info text" to stop the bogus charges and when I call their number a recording says to go to "cancelalerts.com" to cancel, unfortunately this web site does not exist.

Virgin Mobile says they cannot do anything about this, yet they have no problem allowing the "Info Text" company to charge me the $9.99 a month.

They must know this is a scam or at least be suspicious about it.interestingly, if you don't check your billing on line and actually check all of your charges, this could go on forever...
