No response from customer service

At the conclusion of final month (March) I named customer support and recommended that I needed to limit from my present agreement to prepaid. I had been advised to deliver an email to [Invisible Mail] and they might subsequently react within 3 business days. I delivered this mail on 29 March.

14 days later (13 April) I delivered a follow up mail towards the customer service [Concealed Website] Nevertheless I received no reaction.

I delivered still another mail to customer service last Friday (16 April) BUT STILL no reaction from Virgin. I have provided them alternative contact numbers but to no avail. If it doesn't get fixed out within the next twenty four hours I'll basically stop my agreement (though I anticipate that to become an equally annoying exercise).
