SUBSEQUENTLY thirty days notice obtain a observe that we owe $550 in early termination costs. Obviously I instantly named and related what had occurred which their worker had cited me the 2/16/10 day. They named me back and stated yes I had been informed that 2/19/10 was the day for restoration, but that which was in mistake and we owed the $550. Request why it had been all my problem plus they "stated" that somebody had named a couple of days after getting my fax and quit a voice-mail declaring the restoration time was 2/16. Well I never acquired such voice-mail. But obviously these were completely reluctant to work well with me or create any credits. May inform everybody I understand to remain A LONG WAY AWAY from Birch.
