Ancestry.com
Scam on renewal

Internet & Web / Online Scam

I obtained a renewal notice today by mail. I searched for 20 units on the site under my consideration what I'd be billed on restoration. There is no data available on exactly what the restoration could be. And so I contact and customer support stated they told me they do not display the restoration cost on the site and that's purposely. And so I questioned what's likely to be my repair cost. (realizing I registered for a unique plan and desired it to become established the cost I has registered for) ANCESTRY.com CAN'T TELL ME WHAT MY RESTORATION WILL BE!!! The consultant stated they might cost me something they desired. That's the conditions! Are they crazy!!! I told them that I'd registered to get a unique marketing that I had been informed would proceed. THEY'LL NOT RECOGNIZE what I registered for. Dishonest, deceptive, obscure, to rip-off clients. What I truly feel negative about is the fact that they're clearly attempting to make the most of the older clients. I ended my membership with satisfaction.
