High Fees, Nonsense Practices, Dollar you to death

Had AT&T Business Home. Changed to Birch. Just remained three (3) weeks and returned to AT&T! Requested to maneuver telephone next door to a different building but wound up spending money on two individual collections in the place of one. Obtained costs since I didn't call-in thirty days (after fax) the paperwork to maneuver the point simply because they need a spoken telephone call to confirm this may be the proper course of action. AT&T ported the amount too early (inside the one month published notice) so that they TODAY need a $200.00 early termination charge. Each time I named to include any kind of support, there's a $10.00 charge, or perhaps a $6.00 charge. I'd have already been cash forward to possess remained with AT&T, settled the larger costs AND NEVER handled these folks. Terrible experience! Don't suggest Birch Communications to anybody!
