My loved ones is a Verizon Wireless client for a long time. Two of our telephones weren't employed in December and Dec and Verizon attempted to complete a software update that didn't function. Therefore at the conclusion of Dec we went to Cingular. The newest agreement repair was to end on February 16. We desired to maintain our current telephone numbers so we moved the figures to Cingular. I settled Verizon the price of support through February 16th since I have was under agreement to do this. They're today informing me that I owe a $700 early termination charge despite the fact that I settled them through the finish of the agreement. I approached the FCC plus they requested Verizon to research. Verizon examined and stated they explained I had a need to return so that they decline the renounce the $700 cost. I'm surprised that the business like Verizon might behave within this style and that I am disappointed the FCC leaves it towards the organization to research itself.
