Altell switch-over from Mobile One - not really a happy camper

I'm extremely disappointed with just how long it requires today to get my moments combined with the switch-over from Altell from Cellular One.

To begin with, it requires three or four times for as long simply to enter the machine with all the figures you've to enter or state, after which whenever you ultimately do reach your moments utilized; it isn't actually updated like it was with Cell One. You occasionally need to delay as much as 48-hours for the consideration on 'moments employed' to become updated. This really is also time intensive and annoying.

So when you need to do wish to talk to a live individual, the concept claims it might be as much as 10 units to truly have a support/tech rep. Seriously the point.

This isn't acceptable

If this new 611 method of doing items to simply get your moments employed does not enhance, I will usually alter mobile phone firms this drop when my 2-year agreement is up.
