Changed my telephone support from Vonage to Ideal mid-October-Got the run-around from Vonage about shutting the consideration. Unearthed that these were continuing to statement my AMEX consideration. Discovered they did not shut my consideration and were continuing to gather $31.95 from my AMEX

I had been eventually ready to talk to a "Supervisor" in account providers who explained they couldn't return ANY funds in my experience since the account was still available though no providers were being supplied (aside from maintaining open an consideration) Was informed that based on the conditions of support contract, they might proceed to do this before account was shut! Actually, the support was okay and had no actual grievances about this BUT their company methods are dishonest at-best! Want I understood this before I actually registered together. I'm going to be guaranteed to inform anybody I learn about this. Vonage will require your money even when they do not supply services for you!!
