Outrageous service

I have requested AT&T DSL to be able to change from expensive Road Runner. I curently have home telephone support from AT&T.

On Tuesday, December 22, at 7:30 pm the AT&T specialist arrived and did anything to allow DSL support in my own home. The specialist quit without checking if the telephones or web via DSL function inside my home. After he quit my spouse attempted to create a telephone call and realized that there's no dial-tone. We instantly called back AT&T from the cell phone and required a fix of the simply broken line. We particularly suggested, the telephone ceased operating after AT&Tis specialist interfered with this phone-line and required the fix THE MOMENT FEASIBLE since next 2 times would be the Holiday vacations and we we likely to create and obtain several telephone calls. The reaction we have from AT&T Customer Support consultant was: "I am sorry. The sooner a specialist can come is on Friday, December 26. Please, provide me a great evaluation when someone calls one to charge my support." We were definitely pissed with such reaction and such support, and my spouse named again to consult with the manager: the telephon manager informed the same point about "he's sorry and please provide me a great evaluation" and submitted my spouse to some DSL manager, who repeated exactly the same point and desired to forward my spouse back again to the phone manager.

We find such neglect definitely undesirable, particularly when it obviously was their unique specialist, who caused all of US these problems. We will not be amazed if AT&T attempts to cost us if so when they restore their very own issue!
