Do not use vonage for your phone service-buyer beware

Signed up for new service, went over terms of agreement 3 TImes. Verified 3 times amount Vonage was authorized to withdraw from account BEFORE allowing Vonage Rep authorization to electronically sign terms of agreement on my behalf. Vonage proceeds to charge the agreed upon amount from account, then "helps itself" to charge additional, unauthorized amount from account-at will. When called about it, was blatantly lied to by Angel Cua-claiming no supervisors or management works there for customers to speak with; then Supervisor (I called back to get diff rep) Jessica ID#27673 claims Vonage HQ has no phones in the building for ANYONE!
