Unauthorized money taken out of account

In 12/07 callled vonage to check on phone services. I found out that i needed a computer to get service. ICancelled at that time and had to pay a cancellation fee of $39.99 even though i have never had the service. On 1.30.09 my account was charged twice $9.99 and $97.33. This was out of the blue. I Called vonage to see why. I was told because they counld not contact me they assumed that i wanted their services. Because my account # was still in their system so they processed these charges. Vonage refused to refund my $97.33 but did put $9.99 back on my visa card. I was also told that i had to pay another disconection fee of $39.99 to cancell the same account this amount was later over-ruled by a supervisor. I did not authorize any of these deductions.
