After lengthy calls using their support division (no understanding or assist on the aspect) with area technologyis at my home (no equipment problems) going back year. Our DSL continues to be heading down daily. Yesterday our DSL transpired again. My spouse named (again for that 6th period) windstreams support.in the place of attempting to repair the problem he explained it had been our application. Again, it's not my application or equipment, etc. It's on the aspect; confirmed repeatedly by their area technologyis.

Also, which upsets me thus significantly. Their international support individual in the place of repairing the problem; attempted to market my spouse a brand new device having a fresh one (1) year contract
