Lack of service for defective product

We bought a brand new GE dishwasher from Great Equipment, an area store in Wauwatosa.inside a couple weeks it failed, flooding your kitchen floor with water which in turn put in to the cellar. Because the dishwasher was protected under guarantee, we named Great Equipment who known the maker, GE, for support. Coping with GE is a headache: the very first visit was simply to fulfill GE the system required changing; the 2nd visit was planned at that time my spouse stated she couldn't be house; the 3rd visit decreased off a brand new dishwasher but because of zoning rules aren't permitted to either uninstall/mount. Therefore the factor rests within our storage.

I anticipated that after I looked in a nearby store I'd get support from that shop. But Great Equipment appears to take no obligation for that item they market - we're in the mercy of GEis customer support or absence thereof. Looking back I'd possibly get definitely better support from the big box shop like Homedepot which could not manage to allow their clients be so disappointed.

I'll not store at Great Equipment again.
