I was told that I was paying for software to remove virus, instead I was sold technical support

On Friday May 6, I googled netgear to obtain help make my netgear modem safe, in the place of unsecure. I acquired the telephone number and named. After I named they responded "Iyogi". I requested was this the free technical support for netgear, since I'd twelve months free tech support team. I had been informed that I'd dialed the best quantity plus they were specialized assistance for netgear. I had been subsequently informed that my pc had a virus and that I needed to buy application for $169.99 to get rid of herpes, they could be ready to assist me put up a safe modem community. I bought the "application". On May 7, I called back, since I'd another issue with my pc and was informed that I'd another disease on my pc and somebody attempted to market me somemore "application". I declined to purchase other things. After I stated I'd simply bought some "software" on yesterday, I had been informed that used to donot purchase "software" on yesterday, I bought "tech support team". I attempted to contact the organization back again to keep in touch with somebody about that, was placed on store every time, after which the telephone hung-up many times. I delivered an email towards the organization and requested they not cost my card since I had been informed that I bought application to get rid of a disease and never specialized support, besides I've free technical support for my new notebook as well as for netgear modem for just one year, why might I do want to buy some specialized support? I never had issues with my notebook till I named "Iyogi". All I needed and had a need to do was get my netgear modem guaranteed. This can be a fraud along with a rip-off! Customer bear in mind.
