Cancelled order without telling me

I requested a set of weight training gloves like a personal gift for my spouse, as her previous types were getting worn-out. After a web-based research I made a decision to purchase from bodybuilding.com because of big selection and competitive rates. After putting order I obtained a verification mail, declaring that order have been prepared, cargo might appear within 2-3 times, plus they might advise me instantly in case there is any issue with purchase. Over 2 months later they'd not appeared, and so I adopted the hyperlink in concept to confirm site - the only real info there is the purchase have been terminated. I went along to their talk support and was informed they had terminated my purchase since it have been positioned from Nigeria (a nation I've never visited) and was therefore deceptive. They stated I really could still purchase from their store but couldn't spend by charge card, just by primary line transfer for example Western Union. It's obviously their option when they do not need my company, however they provided no logic behind why they never advised me the purchase was terminated - as guaranteed in first e-mail communication - which may have permitted me to-order from another organization over time for my spouse's birthday.
