I signed up at the 24 hour fitness in Heath, Ohio. Four hours after signing, I voided my contract, which I never got a copy of, and still don't. Steve said they hold my money for 30 days. I called Steve on 12-7-10, to lask why was the money just coming out of my account when I voided a few hours after signing, he hung up on me. After going to my bank, to dispute the chage and having to cancle my debit card. I went to speak to him in person. Not only would he not show me a copy of the contract, he rufused, used foul language with me and kicked me out of the gym. I called Chasity Moore, the other owner, who wouldn't listen to what I had to say, threatened me, sais I was being accusitory when I told her how Steve kicked me out of the gym, she then said this conversations over then, she hung up on me. Staff called my cell telling me I can now pick up my paper work, no one was there yesturday, I called 3 times left 3 messages and no one returned my call. Staff also let me know the Steve is leaving for California in a couple of weeks. He's such a scam artist.
